Are we insured?
We are a fully insured and bonded cleaning service. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Notify us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with the cleaning we provided and we will return to correct the issue free of charge.
Before clean...
In order for our team to clean your home efficiently we ask you to do the following:
Before your schedule time:
Please have floors and countertops free of clutter.
Have jewelry and other valuable items secure.
Have pets secured.
Do we require clients to be home during the cleaning?
No. We understand that most people work during the day and can't be home during the cleaning service. You can provide us a spare key or garage code.
Do we background check our team?
Yes.
What if we miss?
We use cleaning methods that ensure your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first consultation, we'll create a customized cleaning plan that's designed to accomodate all of your specific requests. This cleaning plan is passed along to your cleaner with a detailed checklist for your service. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible. which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We're happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you contact us within 24 hours of your most recent service.
Do we provide all the suplies, equipment and tools?
Yes. We provide our team all the supplies and tools necessary to clean your home. We use the most effective equipment on the market and use organically based cleaning products. If you have any questions or preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to contact us and we'll do everything we can to work with your request.
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept cash*, check, Paypal, and Zelle.
*Cash payments- Our team members do not carry cash and are unable to provide change. Please keep this in consideration when choosing to pay with cash.
